Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your order and ship as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You may also visit our website at any time and click our Track Orders page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your shipment confirmation after 3 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate your order.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For domestic orders, it will normally take 3 to 7 business days. We ship our products from US.
