All items are final sale and therefore non-refundable. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange your item.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges will only be allowed if the order is shipped incorrectly, or is damaged within the shipping process. If the items are incorrect or damaged, we will cover returning shipping fees.
To start a return exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us for exchange without approval will not be accepted, or shipped back once we receive it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can correct your order.
The fastest way to exchange your item prior to shipping is to contact us with your receipt of the original order, and provide us with the desired product.
